Worst Company. Managers are driving policies. No night shift allowance and entire year's weekend allowance is paid once in a year that too sometimes most of the time it is not paid at all. Not sure managers are filling their own pocket with this.

How come HR and other delivery heads are keeping their mouth shut after being aware of all this

Suggestion to company ... kindly look into this issue and if u are aware of this then I am feeling pitty for the brand name as on ground level ur Company's image is getting worse
