This post is about one of the Property Dealers in Noida, GO INDIA Property.
About 2-3 months ago, I was looking for a flat in noida and got reference of GO INDIA Property from one of the ad sites. I went to there office and felt they can be trusted for which I want to kick my . myself.
The property which I purchased is in Jaypee Aman. Now what broke my trust is that when I made the deal with GO INDIA Property, I was told that the property is Central Park Facing. I was dumb enough to believe without actually checking it(First time dealing in property so made this dumb mistake). Yesterday only, I received a letter from Jaypee for my transfer completion and saw the location of my flat in the block and realized that they've cheated with me. My huge mistake was to trust them completely.
Secondly, I paid the seller some extra amount, which GO INDIA Property told me that I will be getting back. The person who was dealing with me showed me the figure of approx 68000 with calculation and said that I will get the money in a week or so. When I finally received the cheque, it was of just 39000. When I asked, they said that the Service Tax, which was already paid by seller and which I already paid to seller is not included in the price of flat and they deducted that.
When I have paid all dues to seller, how come S.T. can taken out of that and I have to pay it twice.
I urge all people who are looking for a property to avoid GO INDIA Property and go to somebody who do not cheat.
