Seems a total fraud from GLS.. they say environment clearance is awaited.. but response from the ministry implies they haven’t even applied for environment clearance on the latest portal..

GLS HO staff and Sarvodaya Facility Management, GLS Arawali Homes, Sohna have no coordination in sorting out residents' problems. Incompetent managers have no clue of compny's policies and leadership to guide their young colleagues.

I am really upset with the CRM team of GLS. They are not taking phone calls and not even replying to mail. No e-recipt is provided for our payment. Possession price is too high and no explanation for this. If one is ready to pay huge money without getting amenities as per promised before then can go for GLS.
Doing fraud with the customers

Hi all,

As I was apply last year in GLS Arawalis flats in Sohna Road one of the agent called me for that so I was paid him 5% booking amount and my form firstly agent was said I will be take care all process after 2month he told me my senior demanding commission so u need to pay after that I was alos paid around 50000 amount for him by case I also make video all this thing which that time.

after 2month agent was told me I have also new project and his without my permission he was sent my form in another project.

after that agent.

Still all process till date is pending.

and agent is pressurized to me pay pending commission amount and his demanding 1lackh rupees.

last month he cold me my no and using abbousing language and demand pending amount agent name is Kishore Yadav.

when I souted him his gave my mob.no for his friends group and other person after that they also continue calling me and using wrong language.

please help im facing lots of problems.

if you are not taken any step so I will case of you and Kishore yadav also.
