Four Ace Infraprojects, Kolkata

We booked flat by paying 20% booking amount two years back but not a single work started yet, even they sent letter 6months back saying that,  they are going to return all money but all committed dates failed and they're not giving back money too.

Be careful from such builders as they are fooling innocent people and investing money on other business.

So far launched two projects in Kolkata. None of them progressive an inch. Complete flop show. Keep your money far far away from them. If they come to know you have surplus money, they will put some proposal which would be too tempting. But remember it would be just another ponzi scheme sort of.

Even after several calls, their core directors don't take your calls, no email responses.

They dont have any experience of any projects. Their core business is entertainment and that's what they should be doing. Diversification is not their cup of tea and has failed miserably.
