Fake builder. Cheated me by promising a property and taking money later sold the same apartment to someone else. Filed court case.

Now ongoing court case, and due to fake statements given in the court and not turning up in the court it's been 1.5 painful years.

Be careful and don't be a pray.

Property on KH Road Padmanabhanagar.

Builder and developer has cheated with NO parking space. Everjoy has sold flat saying FREE CAR PARKING SPACE. out of 20flats space available only for 14 cars. 35% less space. Presently all flats are not occupied. when all flats gets full occupancy, owners & Tenants has to fight for car parking. Builder and Developer will run away from scene.

There are still couple of flats UNSOLD. Beware do not try to get into this. unless you bargain without car parking.

BBMP and Financing BANKS are sleeping on this issue.

Not an attractive property.
