It has been so long since we made our booking still there has been no update on the project and this has become quite a problem for us.

The apartments at this place have a poor quality finish and their customer service is so bad. They are very prompt in demanding payments and will charge a fine if the payments are not on time, but when it comes to any repair work; they will delay it to the maximum, leaving the buyers helpless and frustrated!

They showed us another plan and when the building was made, it looked nothing like the plan that they showed us, so it was very disappointing.

During the phase of redevelopment, the builder promises a certain amount of rent reimbursement that can facilitate the basic needs for all the owners that are made to shift on a temporary basis. However, this is not the case and the owners are facing problems with relocation as the rent amount is delayed by the builders.

In the past few months, GST, lack of active workforce, liquidity crunch, inability to expand and launch new projects, delayed in possession and final delivery etc have been some of the reasons that have lead some of the noble developers go bankrupt.

The need as of now is to get the flats booked. And hence the builder is charging 20% during booking and remaining amount after flat handover. In the same accordance the builder is also coming up with schemes like No EMI till possession or 0% interest till possession.

We have just moved in this place and are really sad to know that there is no electricity and water supply at this place yet and a lot of our time is getting wasted because of that.
