It has been since several months that flat purchasers did not shell out extra money for parking whether it was for open or stilt. Despite of this, the consultants have been seen charging extra fees. This should not be the case ideally.

We do not have proper car parking! We have to park ur cars outside! The inavailabilty of other facilities also leads to a lot of irritation to the buyers!

As compared to the past, the concept of affordable housing has been taken into account. However, in the current times it is seen that the subject of affordable housing is only discussed for its high end economic potential.

It is a matter of serious concern where people are seen facing a hard time in confronting to the quotation charges that are laid down by the builder. These rates turn out to be flickering once the token is received by the builder. Many of the owners have declined ownership to the flats as a result of this.

The building is not built with good quality construction material because of which there are so many cracks and leakages that happen and a lot of time gets wasted on it.

The concept of affordable housing also needs to take into account the mass of land that is reserved for slums. This step should be taken into consideration so as to aid many of the slum developers to live in better spatial places.
