The carpet area of this place is a joke! They are selling a 2 BHK room with a carpet area of 1 BHK! People who have no knowledge of carpet areas are sure to not understand what is going on and buy the house!

The least they could do is keep trained staff who are able to answer our queries properly! They have made us run from pillar and post for registeration and wasted so much of our time for such basic stuff that they should be educated about!
