Worst Place to go. I went for new year 2019. I reached the venue at 12:45 AM. I had booked for 3 couples i.e 6 people, and asked for 4 tents. I go the venue and he(VINOD so called marketing head) gives us 1 tent and asks us to adjust(how can he expect it?). He had also informed us that the food will be available till 1 AM but it was not there near the tent, we had to go near the gate(which is 8 kms away from the tents) and pick it up by our-self in "plates" for 6 people, they did not even have bowls to carry it to the tent as it was more in quantity for 6 of us. We have sleepless night because of 1 tent for 6 people where only 4 adults could fit in.
He was blaming the customer that we reached late so he could not give us tent, so its no use of booking prior or informing prior. For this he did not even give us "Complimentary Break fast OR Lunch" or a refund of one couple stay. He had charged us 2, 800 per couple. Its a loot of money.
There is no proper co-ordination between the staff they have a poor communication between the management.
The washrooms are pathetic with no cleanliness there are no housekeeping staff to clean we have to tell them many time to get it done.
They don't even have a washroom for each tent. I will not suggest anyone to go to this pace as it does not have any proper facility.
Even to order food the kitchen person comes after 30 min to take the order and takes 2hrs to prepare and get the order. They do not have Thava( Frying pan) to prepare a dosa or Chapathi/ Roti if we order it.
The tents are no equipped with anything as sleeping bags or proper pillow and rug. it had some old pillow and thin sheet to cover not even sleeping bags were provided.
Please do not waste your holiday and money by going to this place.
