Think twice before you go with these builders. I had some really serious problems with them. Everything was fine until sales.

They feel you like always with you. But Post sales interaction is highly untrustworthy, irresponsible to the extent that they really don’t care. Now they real faces come in front of us. The Highlandproject delayed for more than a year with possibility of extending another year. Always told you for some wait. In the mean time, cost increased due to an increase in taxes.

This means the property goes to out of your budget. The builders have taken no responsibility towards the delay or increase in payment or even the compensation. Then you realize why they are so irresponsible. They all are very frustrting according to me. What the builders fail to understand is that while we clients understand recession and make adjustments to the delay and price hike they haven’t made any concessions or taken any responsibility from their side not even apologetic. So I suggest you to dont deal with them if you take your budget with limited money.
