The builder is providing game changing Eco-friendly homes in the Chattarpur area. We bought a flat in one of their projects in Mandi. They have offered Solar panels on the roof with a beautiful terrace garden from where we can see Aravalli Hills. We recommend you to go with them without thinking twice because the amenities and features that they are offering are just top notch

We were looking for a 3BHK in Chattarpur, after a lot of hassle we got to know about CS Realty. We visited Serene Avenue and we liked the property and mostly the amenities provided by the builder under this price category. We bought our first home that too in South Delhi. Keep up the good work, highly recommended

The builder is not ready to meet the flat owners even though we are waiting for the possession of our flat for so many years! I therefore recommend that you stay away from this builder as much as you can!

No licenses and approvals.

I went to visit this place and asked the people to show me the licenses and approvals but they could not show them to me and that really bothered me and I decided not to book a house with them.

No interest in implementation.

They do not show any interest in implementing the project and executing it well and because of that our project has been delayed to quite an extent and we are not at all happy about that.

Ask for a reciept.

They do not give us any document to review before signing the agreement papers, so we don't really know what we are getting into!

No demand in the market

The surrounding land has no great demand both from investors or buyers. This was not the case previously. The local brokers are not been able to get wind of the launch as either the properties are of very high range or either NRI investors have been lacking to show interest in very expensive properties because of demand side factors.

Small carpet area.

The carpet area of this place is very small compared to the normal varpet area and I felt that this place is not worth it.
