There have been many significantly larger areas in the nearby locations that have been famous for most of the buying, staying and investment purposes than this area. The carpet area of this land is significantly higher and thereby leads to comparatively lesser people to forge interest in buying apartments in this area.

The area of the house is too small and this was not what we were looking for. This caused us a lot of problems for us.

The builders are doing things the wrong way and we have got to know now that the area that they are using for constructing the building comes under slum rehabilitation and we are scared that we will be told to move anytime! Do not invest here!

On of the major issues that the real estate is currently facing is the shortage of the flats that are been sold. As a result of funding issues, many of the under constructed projects have stalled.

Since many of the projects are stuck in the pipeline by the builder, due to rising inventory list it is a common concern that the Municipality is not ready to issue the No Objection Certificate or the Completion Certificate to the Builder.

As a buyer, we should be aware whether the plans have been approved by a competent authority, but whenever we ask to be shown the required approvals and licenses they just keep pushing us away!

It is a generally known fact that a simple civil complaint will always fail to deliver a good result so as to been affected by something like having the builder not been quite proficient or faithful to hand over the possession in the said deadline.
