Everyone does not get equal freedom to use the amenities and facilities in this building. One person has the keys to the terrace and the table tennis court room and he hardly lets anyone else use it.

No execution of ideas as per the plan.

They do not execute their ideas as per the plan and this causes us a lot of issues. We would definitely not recommend buying a house with them because it took them years to get the project done.

Buyer reluctant

The Place Is Not Maintained Well

This place is poorly maintained even though they delayed posession for so long! We thought they would have done something good with the building, but after taking so much time also they did not construct the building well!

It is quite tedious to call them all the time and ask them about possession. We always keep getting a further date and they have no courtesy to apologize for the delay! Instead they treat us like we are hysterical and it is horrible!
