Better avoid invest unless you want to waste money

The only pros in this property is location everything else is cons....the worst part is the management and the builder. They don't have any ethics, culture and most the commitment is never in their dictionary ...they are only money minded.... the building is around 10 yrs old and I still find the possession not given the owners.. I had thought to purchase one flat 4-5yrs back and by god grace I got into another near by property and living happily... I find pity for those flat owners who have invested... I would recommend to new investors also think twice before investing in any properties associated with this builder as they don't fulfil promises which they make before registration.... If I had option to give negative ratings I would have given those happily
