I was booked a site in the month of Sep'16 in CMM GOLDEN HEIGHTS PROJECT, when I was booked it was a plane land and possession date announced by CMM GROUP is Feb-15-2017, during the time of formation of layout I used to get many updates from the customer care of CMM GROUP, and lot of EMAIL'S related to slabs of work completion status, I used to get photos to my whatsup related to formation of roads, compound walls, drainage. On Feb-19-2017 I got a call to take possession, where I and my family was very happy because I am already paying EMI. I appreciate CMM GROUP and team for making my dream in fact.

I Thomas Antony booked a site at CMM GROUPS at bagalure main road(CMM GOLDEN HEIGHTS PROJECT) in the pre booking scheme about a 6 months before and the support from the entire team at CMM GROUPS has just been marvelous over this duration.

To mention a few, one Mr. Johnson has been of great help since day one, right from the documentations, payments, selection, modification he has been of paramount importance –it’s just because of this gentleman that I actually proceeded with my booking, it’s for people like him I would recommend CMM GROUPS to my friends or family, also with respect to the legal department one Mr. Joseph was really prompt and transparent in responding to queries. At this point his slab of my sites is under way and I am currently talking to one Miss Ashwini and she too has been really supportive in responding to my modification demands and facilitating the same.

Over all my experience so far with CMM GROUPS has been a great one… Cheers Guys. And yeah a special thanks to Mr. Johnson and entire CMM GROUP TEAM.

Every day I use to see ads in Paper and posters of CMM GROUPS after looking the ads, I decided to visit the site. Met Mr. Shiva He managed to convince me and we booked a site. After booking few of them gave me negative and positive feedback about CMM GROUPS. We did not bother about the views. After a month we changed our plan. Plan was to go for 2 sites in Golden Heights Project in Baglure.

Shiva was very helpful and helped us to fulfill our requirements and documentation details.

The team is very friendly and co-operative; especially I would like to thank Shiva.

I am a Doctor, recently moved to Bangalore from Hubli. We are a Joint family and my parents live with me. We were also looking for investing proposes. After meeting several developers’ builders and seeing their properties, we finally met the representatives CMM GROUPS who showed us a sites in CMM GROUPS at Golden heights project in bagalure. This was exactly as per our requirement and price was also affordable. The Company representatives provided excellent service especially Mr Shivkumar who co ordinate for explaining project and our experience of acquiring the site was pleasant and without any hurdles. The entire process of sanction papers and site registration was smooth, with complete hand holding by the representatives of the Company. CMM GROUPS has been attending to all issues and their services are excellent. Our entire family and especially my aged parents are happy and very comfortable with their service.

I am also relieved that we don't have to worry about, All documents are clear of any issues.

Owning a good site in Bangalore city is close to impossible but with CMM GROUP you can own a SITE with nice budget.

Very responsive employees who always took the time to check in with us and reply to our questions/concerns. They are very helpful in helping us decide where to look, what to look for, and what to do and expect. We now Booked our dream Villa in CMM Golden Heights at bagalure main road and we are more happy!

MD is great and open hearted, I feel like my opinions and ideas for investment purpose in land, he explained clearly and honored. There are many employees that have been at this company for 5, and even more 07 years. which is a testament to the company's loyalty.

They are too big to be a "small" company and too small to be a "large" company. so there are some growing pains that come along with that. Communication can be tricky, and there are lots of vertical silo's to navigate internally. Still, this is one of the best companies. I will definitely recommend CMM Groups for buying are investment purpose.
