I had booked a plot on installment for 3 year, I gave them booking amount and every month on time I pay them the amount, but after completing 3 year, they did not provide the committed plot, and suggest me to take another plot. When I asked the problem, they said me as that plot is not available with them because of some dispute, so finally I take that plot and did registered, but they did not show me the exact plot. And said with in 2-3 months they will give me the exact plot with map, but I run behind them for 1 year spend lot of money in court and finally I get the plot.

But they charge me some extra money because of current valuation.

SO never book any plot from them. Their staff behave very rudely if you raise any question and always each staff will send to another department like Government office.

The data which is distributed in the site is 120% right.and same thing is happened with me and my three companion who lack the area from CITICON subsequent to doing the installments before on eyear today on19/02/2011.

The way he carried on us one needy individuals just wll get affraid, furthermore told we will take as much time as is needed to give you your Money back.and for that likewise we needed to contact the Customer Care DEPT which is heading by MR sajan Parida(* Mgr C. Care)He let it know will just can be talked about on 25th of March 2011 and that day it will be chosen that when you can recover your cash. Each day this cert of things r happening in Citicon Office.

What they are doing is taking the destitute individuals cash from the business sector and putting resources into their Bussiness and amid return back the cash following 2, 3 years deducting 20-30, 000 from everything, But which is going on due to the cition Falt

So I would ask for general society the individuals who are looking for area they ought not go to the entryway of the CITICON atleast fr the Discussion

Citicon group of builders have been functioning in Bhubaneswar for almost 10 years or so and I had a very unpleasant experience with this builder which I would like to share.

In the year 2011 when I was planning to to go for a new house, a representative from this builder by name Debashish approached me and offered a proposed house project planned by the company at Patrapada, two kilometers away from Khandagiri square in the south of Bhubaneswar. I was shown a plot measuring approximately 1800 square feet.

Then I was told to pay an advance of Rupees 2 lacs after which the loan will be made sanctioned by the company for the house after which the project would begin. I paid the said amount and then waited for almost a year and a half, but no progress was made in this direction. The representative always promised that it would resume and then started avoiding my phone calls.

Finally in the year 2013, I decided to withdraw the money I paid. I went to the office in February 2013 to ask for it and I was given an appointment for it on next May 8. On May 8, I went to the office of the builder and was issued with three cheques amounting Rupees 70 lacs, 60 lacs and 60 lacs respectively which were post dated for the month of September 2013. When I produced the cheques, two of them were returned twice each and the third one thrice. Finally I got the money after almost three years. There were many other customers like me and I came to know that they collect money from customers and return after two or three years. They do so only to invest these money without giving anything to the customers. They are literally cheaters and everybody should be aware of these cheaters.

I have purchased a flat in Mahadev Nagar from citicon engineers, bhubaneswar. the facilities and the location of the apartment is very suitable and the cost of the flat is also reliable. Thanks to Citicon Engineers for providing such facilities at affordable cost.

As per my knowledge what a got previous 3 years of buying a flat is net worthy because it provides all the facilities to the customer

Prestige is a good apartment. it provides 24 hr DG power backup and 80 ft road . a community hall is on construction . And also a children park is on construction. thank you citicon for this flat. I am very satisfied.
