Hai friends

I would like to write a review about this builders. Once my husband got job transfer to Mumbai we used to stay in this apartment for one year.

Their publicity is more and my one friend suggested me about this apartment. Their way of treating at the first time was good. They showed all the rooms and surroundings very clearly and next month we started to accommodate there.

For few months I was satisfied but later their service became pathetic and disappointed me. If we ask for any help their staffs won't give any reply or spoke in rude manner. Some times the Internet connections are getting slow and supply of the water became stopped.

We called them and told our complaints. But first they didn't respond to it. And later again when I called only they reached and solved the problem.

The rooms are not maintaining properly. Some where we can see some dirty covers and food wastes. It's infrastructure is somewhat OK. The schools, shopping mall, churches etc are very nearby. The rental cost is not affordable.

Overall I am not satisfied and won't refer to my friends. Need more improvements.
