Bought flat here for my parents 2 bhk is spacious nd comfy. Society is calm with lots of green area nd walking paths. My parents love you yoga hall nd temple inside. Security is strict so it feels safe always. Power nd water are never a problem here. Nearby school nd shops help a lot. Price was bit high but facilities nd location worth it. New airport nd metro line coming so value will grow. Very happy that my parents settled here peacefully. Good place if u want safe nd green environment.

One thing I noticed since day 1 is the security here is very strict nd professional. Entry gates r guarded properly nd no enters without checking. CCTV all over nd guards r present everywhere. Even delivery guys r checked before coming in. As a family mam I feel very safe here. My kids play freely inside the society. Its peaceful to know they r safe. No outsiders can roam here. Night time security is also very alert which is the best part of hiranandani township.

Flats r very well planned here. We got 2 bhk nd space is used very smartly. Kitchen is separate, bedrooms r big nd living room is open nd bright. Even got balcony with gud view. Ventilation is perfect no need for lights in day time. Even small 1 bhk flats r very well designed. Nothing looks cramped. It feels like premium apartments from inside. They really think of every small thing. I visited many other projects but here the layout was best. Totally happy with flat design.

The gardens here r so beautiful nd peaceful. Whole society has trees, walking track nd small sitting areas. Mornings here feels so fresh nd calm. Even my parents go for walk evening nd they love it. Its rare to see such green place in city area. No pollution feel here. It gives that nature feeling every day. I dont need to go anywhere for walk or relax. Thats the best part of hiranandani panvel. Peaceful, green nd very relaxing vibes all around.

Main reason I booked flat here at hiranandani fortune city panvel is its location. Its near Mumbai Pune expressway nd also upcoming airport just few mins away. Metro work is also going fast so travel gonna be easy soon. All roads r wide nd clean. Very well connected to rest of Mumbai. For daily travel also it saves so much time. Its perfect if u work in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai side. I was looking for peaceful place but still well connected this is just perfect. Really happy with this decision.

It is easy to manage home nd family here coz the township has everything. There r high-street shops for quick shopin, nd schools r close, so kids don't have to travel much. The place is not crowded like mumbai city, so it feels safe to step out alone or with kids. Water supply, security, nd other things r well taken care of. There r gardens nd sittin spaces to relax. Schools, gyms nd even business spaces r here, so people don't have to leave often. It's a peaceful place with all facilities for aa good life.

Metro nd new road links r comin, but for now, gotta plan trips carefully. Township has its own school, so kids don't have to travel much. Malls nd bigger hangout spots ain't exactly next door, but there r basic stores nd stuff inside. Overall, its a chill place to live if u want a mix peace nd modern facilities.
