BSNL Employees And Citizen House Building Co-Operative Society Ltd. - Bangalore(Sahakar nagar) is an unprofessional society.

Unaware of such housing society schemes, I went for a site visit and wanted to verify the documents but they promised to give which ever plot(commercial) I wanted, provided I pay 60% hard cash even before providing documents.

But I was reluctant to make such a huge payment, somehow they made me pay 5% as a booking amount and took a week to send only high level documents.

On asking for additional supporting documents they said it can take 6-12months to get all those documents ready. My legal advisor clearly mentioned not to proceed with this society as they have been repeated offenders.

Now it has been almost 2 months since I requested them to refund me, which initially while booking they said of paying immediately if the documents clearance won't come throw but now they postponing each day giving some or the other reason.

I will be attaching the acknowledgement as proof.
