Constant construction of interiors in apartments all around leading to severe noise pollution. Not able to sleep or work properly, the noise goes on from 9 am to 6 pm constantly. Having headaches at this point

• Cheap material is getting used at all places

• CRM / Customer care team is very arrogant. Don't want to listen. We are working on fixing stuffs but it has been months they are not able to fix issues

• Top management is in a don't care attitude. Damn sure they won't be able to survive in the industry for a long time

• Asking for maintenance w/o delivering all amenities etc etc

• Showed a premium society video but at that the time of delivery you will get 3rd class property

The location is far from satisfactory. Access routes to important routes like ORR and Whitefield have severe bottlenecks at railway underpass and Varthur market, taking 2-3 hours for a small stretch, that too even during non peak hours. This is when very few people stay there, once more residents move in, it would be worse.

The cost of the apartment has doubled in the last few months despite the infra getting even worse. Even the CDP road project is stalled.

Inside the apartment the land to amenities ratio is very poor with too many apartments cramped for a small set of amenities.

Very poor choice from both investment and staying point of view.

Beware , I invested in the one of the Brigade group project on loan thinking it will be a good investment. At the time of handover, brigade group service was so lathargicand pathetic, that they were not replying to the mails nor receiving the calls. They only provided theservice until they received all installments for construction , They are least bothered of their customers. And more over they kind of cheaters. They charge exuberant price when bought directly, but half of the projects belong to the landlords and those landlord sell for 40-50% discounted price. It’s waste of investing hard earned money with these cheater builder.

They don’t deserve even one star rating

I saw an ad for Brigade property and sent request for details. A person called over phone. When I said please don't disturb, I will call at my convenience, he shouted at me saying, I disturbed him by asking for details. Brigade can send details by Email as well. I was shocked by this response. I am a senior citizen and I don't like being disturbed at inconvenient hours.

Cheater n money minded builder no respect no hear , CRM team is world third class and 15% service charge the charge to all the customer for their pathetic job in the name of society maintenance till the handover

After the agreement, very bad behaviour from the sales staff. They also doesn't pick up the call. You have to pay them 10% + GST of the cost of the property if you cancel the booking.

They follow all their processes when it comes to the late payment from buyer side and imposing fine on the buyers.

However, they don't have any process for compensating their own unreasonable project delivery delays and pathetic quality of work and handover.

Right now, am frustrated to the core with their handover team who just don't do anything! They only listen to our observations, make false promises and then forget about it till we come back to see the flat in the same state. They just want to somehow handover and wash-off their hands. They have no Quality-check whatsoever during the handover. It's all buyer/owner's headache because we made the mistake of buying the flat. The only flat built with good quality and good finish is their'project's model flat'.

Feeling extremely disappointed with my decision of spending my hard-earned money on Brigade Parkside east unit.

I booked a ready to move apartment in Brigade Buena Vista(Ph-II) in May 2022 and They have promised to handover in two months. I have paid 96% of flat on 15th July 2022. After receiving payment, they have started saying that they can not do registration as there is some issue with e-khata of my booked flat. They are liaising with Panchayath office for getting the e-khata and it will be received within 1 month, thereafter registration will be done. But till date, it is almost six months they are saying that e-khata is under process and they are working on it. Every time I call them at their call centre, they give exercises. I am totalling frustrated with this builder. Their CRM team do not care about customers after getting payment.

Can anybody provide contact No. of their higher management?

Can anybody provide suggestion what should I do now?

A lovely & peaceful stay to live in hustle and bustle of Whitefield. Sorrounded by lots of greenery and oxygen with all mordern amenties. Excellent and well planned build by Brigade and thus was a sold out within a year of launch. It is no longer under construction as OC is received and 40% people have started living.

I have an apartment in Brigade Orchards, north Bangalore. The builder made a mistake in the outlet pipe diameter in the kitchen, with the result that the water from the sink and the washing machine flood back into the kitchen. They have agreed to fix it, but ask us to arrange for the kitchen woodwork to be removed by ourselves. They are still building in Orchards and have teams there, but won’t lift a finger to get the modular woodwork removed and replaced as part of the repair they need to do of their own shoddy work.

AgoThis property has been sold as luxury project, but the reality is far from it. The property has following major issues, (1) flooding of parking lots, in lowest basements the cars get flooded in(2) No potable water source or facility, one has go rely on tanker lorries(3) Bescom power, BESCOM connection of full load is just abt done, but residents billed on full capacity despite them getting partial load and bill generated after 18 months of occupancy(4) partially covered parking lots sold as Covered parking lots(5) Rain water harvesting(5) inadequate club facilities(6) flooding of RO plant due to rains and low height retaining wall of the Nala(7) inadequate children play area(8) Rain water entering lifts and floors making it slippery and dangerous #BrigadeHorizon #BrigadeParksidewest #Brigade Panorama #Brigade Horizon #Brigade Parkside West #Brigade

Terrible after sale service.. once you buy a flat here, they are done and you are trapped . No one really bothers about issues. We are alloted with poor parking ( note they had not shown parking during purchase as it was still under construction). We have raised this concern several times and they are not really bothered. Also we had asked for additional valet parking during purchase time.They pushed that request and now they are simply ignoring it and focusing only on their phase 2 sales. We are left with no proper parking for even one car. Feels like cheated by brigade.

They are very thick skin. they don't consider customer requests. After sales, they behave like they are gods.

No use of communication, All answers come as no only.

No customer-centricity.

As an early resident of Brigade Exotica, we had major issues with water pressure in the building and we had regular pipe bursts and entire rooms would get flooded. Many of these issues are now resolved.

The one remaining major issue in Tower A is the handling of storm water, we have had major issues in the past with flooding in the basement. While some work has been done on this, but the core issue still remains, and even after 8 hours of rains we saw flooding near the club house.

I had booked a flat wth BRIGADE GROUP in GALIUM, ELDARADO PROJECT from their dubai office, and havd paid 10lakh after which I was asking for some clarification with the payment schedule issue and thir CRM team did not respond and I was upset and did not want to continue with the project and they are deducting my 50% of my payment for no fault of mine, and I have EMAIL proofs the number of mails and reminders I had sent to them .

the worst client support and the so called CRM team is the worst I have experienced in my life, the sales taem also is not supporting .

Would never ever recommend this builder

they are sitting on my hard earned 10lakh rupees, think befoe you invest in them, I already have another property from them and they are never handing over in time.they dont care about their clients.

Extremely unprofessional, non-transparent Brigade team ever. Our experience says that in East Bangalore, Brigade is only focussing on Utopia, while Parkside East is just a false promise.

They have missed timelines 3 times on paper, while verbally they have missed it more than that. If you ask for OC status, they will say "We've already applied for OC, and we will receive it any time soon". They are saying this since January.

If you're planning to buy, please be informed that once you make the payment, the builder will not allow you to enter the site. Currently, they have taken 95% of the payment from most of the buyers since December last year, and are not allowing the existing buyers to enter the site. However, they are allowing new customers to enter the site.

The pre-Sales journey is quite pleasant, however, once you've purchased, you're sold to Brigade. This project has received RERA extension multiple times, and they are denying to pay any compensation due to delay.

The builder has no interest of completing handover as of now. They have mentioned that once OC is received(no one has any idea on timelines), they will go ahead with khata registration(which will take 2 months). However, unlike builders like Sobha, Prestige, Bren etc., they have NO plan to complete handover, and simultaneously work on OC, Khata registration etc. The CRM, CET and Sales team have told that the Brigade policy does not allow to help the customers in such cases. Though they are very courteous and politely say sorry for everything, in reality, they won't be able to help the buyers.

The Sales Guys promise me to deliver the flat on July-Aug-2021, But still flat is not handed over and its Mar-2022.

I really don't understand what's stopping them to deliver my flat in M block, where people already started living and only the Flat is not completed.

1. No Response from CRM, Sales team, Worst customer care service.

2. Don't buy flat if its land owner share. Horrible experience.

3. I don't recommend this project to anyone, They sale flat saying ready to moving in 2 month but you will end up with waiting for an year.

4. You will have no clue to whom to reach and escalate, there is no contacts. No one listen.

5. It was wrong decision to Go with Brigade.
