ARE you planning to buy a flat in any of the bhattacharya builders especially in kolkata please be aware from following points.

1.The sweet words and service last only until you have booked there flat after that your tension starts. 2. You will not get a single rupee refund of the booking amount. Once you are inside the deal you have no choice to cancel your booking. You pay more and more and there is no way out. So think 10 times before you book. 3.

Once you book the flat you will be given a relationship manager and the person who have sold the flat to you won’t even recognize you, forget about further service. I feel Very pathetic customer service. 4. Post booking service is too bad. No one basically cares about you.

Only think they will keep reminding of you due money and the 18% interest you have to pay on amount even you are one day late pay. 5. They don’t even provide check collection facility, you have to take care of your own payments and due dates and even a single day delay will attract heavy interest of 18% , the do no accommodate any excuses  for delay. So sad this kind of they provide.So think 100 times before any step.

Well bhattacharya builders are bad for my work. how? I will tell you.i have a deal with them . They promise more but do nothing. Actually I want to make 4 floor building . They tell me that they charged me 5.1 lakh even it is 75% complited. They complete my project after 6 month with 2 month delayed.

When the work start I assume that this will be happen. Because their worker are very tired. They dont want to do nothing. My pillars are not properly builded. They are buffled . So I told them to break down the pillars and make a new one. But they not listen and then I put a hammer and kick it to the pillar. The project manager seen that and came to very fast and said what are you doing.  I told this before cant do this. I will manage all the things be . Patience.but they do nothing.  I am very sad that tey leave my work uncomplete.

If you are thinkin to deal with them then stop and think again. Because they construction quality is very bad . They finish your work poorly.

Even you had  queries  they not listen your voice. They not give you any truth full answer.
