Bhasin Properties and Builders, Delhi

One of my close friend visited to me one day and said me for an amazing opportunity in terms of investment in real estate sector somewhere in noida with the name of Bhasin properties and Builders. I asked my friend to tell me about the background of the said builder and the history of projects delivered under their name. he said me that the builder has a past in automobile industry and entered himself newly in the world of real estate. I thought that it would be an amazing opportunity in terms of investing money as I went with the four units booking with my relative in their noida project. but as at the time of booking the units so many fake promises of assured returns were done to us they come up with nothing but the false promises. at the end we lodged a legal complaint against the said builder who were having their office at le maredian hotel in connought place. some how after a long legal battle we managed to cancel all our bookings and we came up with our money returned without interest. it was really a bad experiance.
