These people have no courtesy what so ever. They did not answer our calls and emails for months and now they want us to take back the case against them just because they finally decided to reply and tell us their problems.

Since Mumbai is soon turning out to be densely populated by the big names in the Bollywood and the Film Industries and also by some of the richest people in the world, more and more land that is very pricey goes in the construction of those villa and bungalows. This leads to many other houses been expensive in the nearby areas.

They sold me their property showing me some papers but all that was fraud! Never, never buy a property from them because they are scamsters to quite an extent!

The carpet area of the apartments are too small and yet they make you pay a huge amount. I don’t think it is worth investing in this place.

Mint of the government policies have made it very difficult for the people especially those living in the slums to survive in even the cheapest of the rental and lease worthy apartments in Mumbai. This needs to change so as to enable and empower many of the poor to settle in houses.
