Developer's post project completion promises are not good.

Holding society maintenance as profit making source, maintenance staff selection is not appreciable but over all as society built in Bhiwadi, along with nearby amenities, near by shopping malls(Within 10 Km. circle 8 nos.) multiple recognized schools, transport & connectivity for Gurgaon. Manesar, Delhi, Neemrana, Bawal etc. is extremely good.
