Out of 13 Stations, ONE station is structurally completed with 30 Floors. Owners need to pay more than 40-90% than agreed amount to get handover. Owners of other stations will be shifted to shifted upon paying this extra value only. Customers of this only station also has to pay more than agreed to get handover. No Plans on further construction. No details on handover. No updates on site progress. But having bouncers to throw the customers who questions.

They promised me to handover in by Dec 2013. So far they haven’t even started by construction in these station. When asked about the project progress, they don’t even care to respond to the customer. On top of these, the builder is demanding 40% extra money( more than what was agreed in the agreement) to switch to another owner. Very bad experiance. They have rude behavior.
