If you planning to buy a house or flat in maya garden city then please note that the road going to this sociesty is very narrow you always have to face heavy trafic jaim to reach maya garden city and another thing society is crowdy so you also hve to face parking issues .it is quite far from main city so all facilities are not available near you .On the exit point of road there is always too much traffic and you need almost 30-40 min every time to cross that point .Flats are good as in every society security services are better than others the only issue is too much crowd, traffic , noise and worst road

Residents are struggling to get what was committed.

No club house was given, no stilt parking even which were committed, where they committed of one stilt and one open parking.

other than garden no other place like courts, skating place etc. even very bad in doing the maintenance work.

Please think multiple time before investing wih Barnala Buider in their upcoming projects which are Maya Garden magnesia, next door to Maya garden city
