Rajdeep & Company Infrastructure, Zirakpur

Rajdeep & co. Is a complete scam. I had blocked a flat in their mashobara hills project. The company has promised that in case i decide to withdraw, I will get full refund of my blocking amount.

However from last 2 years I have been chasing these guys, visited their office and even called thousands of time, but they assuring that they will refund

There is a guy who visits you claiming to be an ex - army officer by name of Mr. Sanjeet Singh and his assistant Mr. Sashi

They make tall promises and lie to your face

Please do not fall prey to their innocent looks

Very bad experience. They make hollow promises regarding rental and registration. Once you finish the payment, they cannot be contacted.

I have been running from pillar to post trying to get them to atleast respond to me.

Don't know if I will be able to recover the amount I have invested. The wait has been for almost two years from the promised date. I still don't see the future being bright.

So tread very cautiously with these builders.
