Many of the builders are seen insisting the buyers to pay for the extra money and get the legal details in place and have started forcing the buyers that the buyer should be able to undergo the legal work through their agents only who charge extra.

We cannot even make changes in our own house because they interfere in each and every little thing here and that causes us a lot of problems.

They show you attractive brouchers, but when it comes to showing the approvals and licenses; they make some excuses and postpone it; which is why I do not like this place at all.

Public toilets are absent in the vicinity which leads to lack of hygiene and good health issues from the nearby areas. Emergency travel issues are not catered for tourists. This becomes a graving concern with regards to the builder's reputation.

They have no idea how to talk to the clients. They acted clueless when we asked them for the approvals and licenses, so we decided not to book with them.

The area of the house is really small! They were trying to sell us a 3 BHK house which has the carpet area of 2 BHK at really high rate, but thankfully we have an idea about carpet areas, so we did not buy the house!

Horrible Builder, never buy any project of his. I bought a flat in Avani Aspire and it has been more than 4 years that its due. Only false promises is what its owner(Mr Daga) does. Dont trust these cheats and also dont trust their broker Modern Properties. They make false promises to allure you! Rest assured that the builder will not deliver your project and the entire marketing and management team will only make false promises.

Avani group in kolkata has many construction and avani laketown is one of them.my friends and family stay there.it is a big complex divided into two block.buildings are properly constructed and beautifully designed.and complex comprises of all facilities that a middle man want that is gym, and gym has all the required equipments.games like table tennis, carrom, badminton.and it also have a proper swimming pool and also a changing room.customer service also good.and all security system and all are good.

Few years back my father-in-law booked a 2 BHK flat of 1200 square feet in apartment project of Avani Group in Kolkata which is regarded as one of the most prestigious developers of Kolkata. The project was completed on time in the year 2008.

But already the rate has gone up by more than twenty percent which depicts that it was a good investment plan. My father-in-law has got good return from it after selling it and again invested in the Avani’s another project in Kolkata. The property is still belongs to us and has been given on rent which fetches good amount. The value the investment increasing every year which reflects the decision was prudent and profitable.

It has all amenities like classic interior, safety provision, swimming club, parking slot, club house, hall for events and many others. Our relatives have also made booking in this project and currently it is in huge demand.

Payment norms are also flexible and divided over number of periods in a particular quarterly or six monthly wise to avoid burden of large amount of payment on its investors. We decided to invest in this project because of its location in one of the most posche area of the city. Also, it was suggested by our relatives who had already invested in this project.  The legal proceedings and documentation is transparent and simple in procedure.

This project has already made money for us and its rates are still increasing. Initially, we decided it for investment purpose only but now my parent-in-law want to sustain this flat for future purpose because it will be almost impossible to get such amenities based flat in this developing area in the coming periods. The investment in the project of Avani’s is definitely a win! Win! situation.
