Hi my name is AnkitManral. I am writing this today to share the experience I had with Arun Dev Builders. Actually my mother belongs to Uttarakhand so I have been visiting that part of the country since childhood. I am in love with the beauty of Uttarakhand and had grown up thinking that some day I will own a house here and take my parents there for relaxing getaways. Thanks to Arun Dev Builders who helped me buy the house of my dreams. I had been saving money since the time I started working 6 years ago. My hard work paid off as I bought a flat for my parents at Arun Dev City in Dehradun. I must say Arun Dev Builders has done a great job in the form of Arun Dev City. While I was looking for properties during the search phase, I did not come across any house as beautiful and aptly located as these apartments at Arun Dev City. The flat has 3 airy bedrooms, bathrooms fitted with latest amenities and a spacious kitchen. The greenery that pleases the eyes the moment you step out of the balcony totally makes the day. The building is very nicely designed and looks nothing less than a high-end township. The best part is that it is an enclosed property with cameras fitted everywhere for security purposes so I do not have to be worried if my parents are alone at the apartment for days.A well-maintained garden is perfect for evening strolls and socializing with other flat owners.

I was actually surprised how Arun Dev Builders is able to offer such a luxurious setup at an affordable price. I think that is what their USP lies in. This flat at Arun Dev Cityfell exactly into the price band I was comfortable in(I was lucky enough!). Plus the fact that it came fully-finished just blew my mind off. I actually couldn’t believe so I went online and looked up for other properties sold by Arun Dev Builders. I came to know that Arun Dev is actually known for offering houses at affordable prices unlike other real estate builders who are making it difficult for middle-class families to own a decent house. All I can say is a big THANKS to Arun Dev Builders for coming up with such great properties at amazing prices. You bring smiles on people’s faces and I guess that’s the biggest blessing for you. Keep doing the good work…keep making houses that people can call their ‘home’!
