I took a flat with this builder, he is friendly, not all builders does so. even he maintains a very good relationship with existing customers. actually, so many builders won't do this, they simply sell the flats, after that, no speaks. but this builder completely different. even after years if you go speak to him, if any problems, he responds. and responded also.

Builder is very good, based on that we can trust him and his company. OC has been applied, but because of some reasons, they haven't delivered on time. they have applied already.

I have bought 5 flats in amrutha shelters Pvt ltd, I have a very good experience with the builder, Mr Madhusudhan Rao, he is very friendly. they increase your confidence level for buying a flat. also, they do projects in a very good location.

Amrutha heights building is a very good building, whatever they have committed they have delivered. And space-wise also, whatever space shown for the amenities in that only builder can give amenities and other stuff. Satisfaction depends on the individual buyer. I have two flats in amrutha heights. Coming to OC, they have applied, moreover, they have mentioned in Agreements & Sales deeds. they have to give OC & They will.
