There have been multiple instances where the developers have to suffer paying large amount of penalties since they are not able to provide complete details of their registration to the Real Estate Regulatory Authorities. This is for all the developers who own more than 8 apartments.

Since many of the projects are stuck in the pipeline by the builder, due to rising inventory list it is a common concern that the Municipality is not ready to issue the No Objection Certificate or the Completion Certificate to the Builder.

Lots of grease marks in the property suggests that that the rooms are not been taken care of in an effective manner and this needs to improve so as to attract many of the people that are looking forward to shift into live available projects.

We have to pay such high maintenance fees, which is ridiculous because that is not what we were told before possession, but at the time of possession we had no option but to sign those papers and get our house or let go of the 10 percent advance that we paid if we did not agree to their conditions!
