Amana Construction Company, Delhi

Hey guys today I am going to share my experience of few months with this company which is very difficult. When I was there I have faced many problems like poor service, cleaning matters and repair& maintenance.

One day the fitting of water closet pipe was leaking I had complained twice but no proper care was given that day. I have also heard about scam and cheating of this company now I have no interest in this company. Before taking apartment they were talking in very good manner but after taking they were looking different their behavior changed.

My experience was totally disappointing so my advice is that don't go to this company.

My friend wants to take an apartment so he called me and give the detail after this we preferred to come here because I have already heard and read about the good features of company and features are.

1- all the staff members are well mannered and they talking with us in very polite manner and gives all the details from engineering point of view.

2- falt is well maintained with neat and clean, rooms and kitchens are properly ventilated at good positions and locations of flat is also good.

3- cost is not so high, it was average in comparison of alk others.

So if you wants to take without wasting more time just go and get.

Amana construction is very good and excellent construction company and it mainly in delhi areas. It builts many flats and building. The architectural view of building made by them is good and attractive. The quality of material used is of very excellent quality and of good workmanship. The infrastructure of building is very excellent and can be easily accepted by anyone.

I bought a flat in a building constructed by amana coonstruction. Their behaviour was very polite and good towards me and they give me a very good flat with a balcony at very acceptable rate. I am fully satisfied by the flat. The floor finish is of high workman ship and very good quality material used as visualise by me. The flat rate is also not very high can be accepted by normal people. The toilet and bathroom is constructed in a very good manner there was no leakage in the toilet or any other foul smell comes from them. The paints which is used on the wall is good looking.

Overall I am very satisfied with the construction and attraction of the flat. I am sure this company is very good construction company.
