Do not opt for an apartment in this complex because this will not provide the amenities as listed by the builder, also the carpet area is very less.

I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do not agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

Many developers are constantly been facing many problems out of been unable to address the symptoms which are involved due to a delay in the final completion of the projects. This has caused many land related issues on the developers who are not able to arrange the finance.

There is not enough car parking space here and sometimes I do not even get car parking space outside the complex. This is so frustrating and risky as well. I cannot understand how they did not pay attention to important things like this.
