Dear Readers,

I have booked a flat here in ALPS PLEASANTON 2 bhk in B Block, me and my wife working in Ecity phase 1 as software professional. I have seen this project some time back and me and my family liked it as the project walkable distance to my office it has 5 blocks and it is a BDA approved property with A khata having CC/OC and only 4 corner flats in each block having good light and ventilation and I have taken loan from HDFC, This sales department guys helped us out for everything,

its close to my office, only thing I felt bad about is road about 250 meters approach road from ICICI bank but its manageable as prices are reasonable, I have seen this type of projects with higher rates but its around 4km after my office but once we enter the premises than their is no issues, good environment and good deal. Builder told that some builders around that area is planning to tar that road soon.

Ground and three floors are constructed and having 1 lift in every block and other facilities also like pool, indoor games & club house etc.

I was worried to book initially since their was no reviews I could find but I spoken to couple to registered flat owners and I have visited the builders directors and find them Genuine.!

This area is overall fine hence their is no slums beside but all apartment buildings are their I saw 3 borewells also for water facility .so, OK.

Main idea is to convert my RENT into EMI. If some is also booked this project let me know we will make a group in whats app.

Dear Readers,

I have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project and builder told us that completion Date is by End of this year December. So far I did not find any issues with this builder and I have taken loan from Axis Bank as Axis Bank Approved this project. Sales guys are shown me the project approval letters of the banks and since this project is in gated community with good location we have decided to take this flat as it is coming under my budget also. BBMP is approved

Ground and three floors are constructed and have 2 lifts and other facilities also.

I was worried to book initially since their was no website but I spoken to couple to registered flat owners and I have visited the builders office and find them Guinean.!

This area is overall fine hence their is no slums beside but all apartment buildings are their I saw 2 borewells also for water facility .so, OK.
