There are many builders who do not provide in dept detail about the various amenities that are provided on a very basic basis like swimming pool, club house, gym. As a result it becomes very difficult for the buyer to fully have the trust factor built up and go with the purchase.

We did not get any time to review the draft agreement before we could sign them and we felt cheated because there was no time for us to read the document well.

New demands appeared at the time of possession.

We had no idea that they would be making such unreasonable demands at the time of possession. We had no option but to sign those papers then because they refused to give us 10% of the money back that we kept with them.

There are many cases where the buyer is not aware of the actual price that he is paying on per square feet basis unlike other cities and towns where the rates are standard and are charged on the basis of per sq. ft calculation.

Carpet area of this place is small.

The carpet area of this place is very small. Their 2BHK houses have the carpet area of a 1 BHK flat and the cost is similar to a 2 BHK, which is very disappointing.

Remote are

This is such a remote area to live in. They said that we will have all the facilities and amenities in the building since it is far away from the main hub of the town but they did not give us what they promise and we have to travel quite a bit to even buy vegetables.

They do not answer our calls and emails once they have got the money from us and you will be left hanging not knowing what is happening.

Their 2 BHK houses have a carpet area of 551 square feet, which is really less and the prices are really exorbitant in comparison with other builder's properties!
