The builder is very bad. The initial commitment from the dealer to offer possession was March-2013. At the time of purchase the builder told about June-2013. After three months they changed to Dec-2013 than Apr-2014 and than Sept-2014. This seems to be a never ending loop. The flat started in 2010 and the builder document was released in 2012. So legally I can't take them to court since the document was in 2012.

I am frustrated with the builder and since I purchased in resale so even can't sell it out. I am struck with the builder with no escape route as of now.

After I moved in in 2015, the problem has even become bigger. The builder ia trying to earn only money from here and not providing any kind of service. Most of the time they cut the main power and run the DG to generate money. Everyday their is one or other fault in the supply only for this society. We can't increase our power backup and mains laod as the builder ia not providing this facility. Water supply is totally dirty, not sure if it is from sewer or municipality. The watwr tanks cleaning is like done 4 yrs back and they are not in any mood to do it any sooner, even some guys are saying that their is no prpvosion for doing any cleaning. No cleaning on regular basis, no person available from builder to listen my/residents issues. Seapage in whole parking area, additional parking in+4L, no kinder playing area, living in the society is a nightmare. I will try to sell this flat as soon as the registry is done.

The builder has infact appointed goons like guys in society so that no issues are raised.
