Now I am going to tell something about Aditi builders and Developers

I have seen most of their buildings and visited many of them , after looking them I understood that they are too poor builders and they make money buy illegal way

Their buildings are of too poor quality that is they might have used low grade cement and sand.

We can find leakages and breakages everywhere in their buildings

Infact doors and windows are also not up to the mark

Their is no proper drainage facility neer the building and infrastructure is also not upto the mark

There is no proper water tank near the building this too poor , and some of their buildings not even completed

So if you want to build a building dont go with them

Aditi builders and developers projects is one of the popular builders in Mangalore. They kept there is in main city Mangalore at a best place. But I have seen so many uildings of this builders and even some of the on going projects in Mangalore which are really and not upto the mnatk.

We can see many apartments too in mangalore city of aditi builders which really not looks good and there painting is very low quality which really not attracts people's. And so many buildings which they pending due to workers problem as they are not paying good salary to them and work theynwill do is not perfect and finishing is really poor and at the last moment they do hear and there and work will be really poor. Overall I really dint like there management of there projects as well as there buildings.

Aditi construction, praveen kumar builder worst worst worst:-

-Finishing is not good at all.

-He will leave everything on labour, no supervision, so labour don't do proper work.

-All doors, windows quality is not good and fitting is worst, they are fitted like temporarily.

-overall quality of building is ok, not good.

-Only good thing is ventilation he left.

-He dont do any outside work properly, like drainage cover, etc.

-Staircase and lift is not good.

-He don't do building attractive much.

The after sale service is very bad and the complaint we rise with in a month of handing over was not taken care properly, there is no proper handing over by the builder. With in 2 month the tiles are coming out, they have not used  white cement and they use local grouting powder to fix tiles.

Kindly purchase your own tiles and bathroom fittings and ask them to fix with white cement . Also the drainage connectivity is very bad so the water is leaking from your above apartment and if you complaint also this was not taken care by the builder and his supervisor .This is very big issue to all the apartment.

We booked a flat from Aditi Buiders (Praveen Kumar) in Aditi Exotica located in Panathur road, Kadubisnahalli.

Cons:

Unspecified extra amount for each extra switch. We paid around 3500/- for each extra switch

Finishing work is not good. Like the sump is filled with water along with sand. All the pipes get blocked continuously, and we have to request plumber weekly.

Builder compares his standards with shobha builder standards and no where on par with it

Beware of his tactics and his agreement procedure.

Any interior wall changes, is costed too high. If you do not want a wall..no money is deducted, but if u want an extra wall..the cost is too high

Quality is not good for windows, window iron bars, bathroom ceiling
