NOTICE TO MR. HITESH GARG (FRAUD PERSON)

Dear All,

(Mr. Hitesh Garg, Mr. S S Varma, Mr. Ram Narayan Yadav, Mr. Ratnakar Jha, Mr. Prabhakar Jha and Mr. Ugrdev Jha).

I am writing to address a serious issue concerning the property purchased in the name of my wife, transaction conducted on December 12, 2012. On this date, I purchased 02 plots numbered J-275-B and J-275-C, Platinum Greens Township,RAJ. Through the registry process dated 12.12.2012 at the agreed upon fee. At the time, physical possession of these plots was given to me, with verification by you all with physically presence at the site, Mr. Hitesh Garg, S/o Mr. Murari Lal, and the aforementioned Mr. Ramnarayan Yadav, Mr. Ratnakar Jha, S/o Ugrdev Jha, and Mr. Ugrdev Jha S/o Harish Jha.

Since last 2-3 years, I was continuously trying to contact to you with given contact no. 98187xx(Mr. Ratnakar , & 94143xx(Mr, Hitesh ) but you have not picked my phone, I was also visit your office at given Address 9, Yashwant Palace, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, you was closed your office. And I presume it was intentionally closed by you Recently, I visited the said properties with the intention of constructing a house and discovered an unauthorized change of plot numbers to G-30 and G-31. This alteration strongly indicates fraudulent collusion on your part against me.

I hereby inform you all, through this letter, that you are required to explain your position regarding the initially shown plots within seven days from the receipt of this notice. Failure to provide a satisfactory explanation will compel me to seek appropriate legal recourse under the prevailing laws.

I expect prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
