I have was there to book a flat in ACE parkway thinking this is Good builder but I am shocked to see there is not even basement construction started till may 4. thank God I didn't booked it there. Stay away public. They are using fake buildings in there construction updates. Not even one basement is built.

This place has been a headache to me ever since I shifted.

I'm a student and thus I travel to greater noida on a regular basis. And that's the main point I'm upset about. The region is so offset from any sorts of transportation. I mean the only way to commute are the buses that pass by via the highway on an irregular basis.

The second problem is the regular power outages that occurs. There are really annoying and stops a lot of my work since I need my computer to be plugged in to get my work done.

The lack of cell reception is also a big problem in this part as there are very little cellular towers.

The overall atmosphere is okay but the traffic can frustrated you.

In my opinion if you don't have a job or car, don't shift here.

I am a guy who is working in IT industry and living in Gurgaon. I was looking for a property in greater Noida, so I got to know ACE builder from one of my friend. So I decided to visit the property in Greater Noida. There I had seen ACE city which was having ready to move property, believe me guys this was the best property in terms of quality and money.2BHK was about 35 to 40 lack.

They have also launched a new property which is ACE divino. You can also look into this property.

Ace group is now a large group feom three year. I visited all site of the group , all material, all worker and working stule very very weel. The CMD of thia group Mr. Sanjay singh rathi is also a clean minded man and his all staff all very hard worker. its management system , security, and elwctricity also good. there have no problem of any work. all material use in project also hight quality. for example its completed site ace platinum was use all expensive matetial like philips , rr cable, grohe, and etc. all things of this group are osm. so plz come and visit
