I want to tell about my Pains in this apartment

Review On Aakruti Amity, Bangalore

SriAakruti Amity, Anantha Nagar phase-2, is one of the worst apartment I have seen in my life.

We  book the flat in 2007, they promised us the Flat with amenities June 2009.  in 2010 December I got the possession. Even today (Nov 16th 2012) the construction is going on, They have not provided any promised amenities. Apart from this we have to suffer from dust and noise.

The amenities areas they have loaded in the apartment super built up areas, even 1700 sqft flat is having only 2 BHKs. 250 sqft extra area they  loaded (apart from common areas). We paid money for that extra area, after 5 years also, those amenities are not done. Most of the big projects are completing in 3 years, but these creatures took more than 6 years to not even half done.

The quality of construction is so pathetic, bath room ceilings are leaking, the taps already broken (with in a year) . the aluminum, windows provided are so low quality. Lift condition is pathetic. Some of the deep areas left to install another lift are not closed.

One Idiot person is there in this apartment, his Name is Vithal S Patel, this Idiot is mentioning him as Director,  he does not have any speaking mannerisms.  He and one person his name is Tarun Chaudary they are most corruptive, they are taking extra money for registrations also.

I do not know for this kind of company how the government body is issuing ISO certificate. with ISO certificate they are cheating the people.

At least now the Board of Directors, should wake up and through these BasXXXXXX (Vithal S Patel and Tarun Chaudary) out of this place to maintain the quality.

Dear friends, these kind filthy people are there in Aakruti Amity, Be careful while buying the Flats in Bangalore.
