I have paid full price for my apartment in aakruti amity in 2014 and they have not given possession even after 5 years. I have lodged a complaint against them in consumer court. Any one can check it by going to the state commission of Karnataka web site . Complaint number 253 in year 2017. They will promise you everything before taking money and then deliver nothing . They told me that the apartment was ready to move in and took full amount. I am still paying the EMI for the apartment . IF YOU CALUE YOUR MONEY THEN RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK.
