Do not book flat from Shakti Builders/Shakti Homes

Review On Shakti Builders, Bangalore

I am also one of the owners in Shakti Sprinkle. Do not ever buy flat from Shakti Builders. They are number one fraud. No Proper approval  for his projects I recently heard that Shakti Sunshine(His first Project) residence are planning to file legal case against the builder as he has used very poor quality material and not doing the pending work and maintenance.

He had taken money from all for one year maintenance but the phones are switched off while calling for any issues. He will tell when you people call that all the builders have negative reviews in Mouthshut but if you see this builder has only Negative reviews. .They have recently launched some new projects called Shakti Homes in Bommanahalli area.

Because of bad reviews, they have not updated the details in their Website.
