Don’t waste your money with expensive services of this company. Their data base is poor and small and their customer service and relation shop managers r worse. They work for not even an hour for you per week this for max of 4 hours working per month one ends up laying huge money.

Premier service waste of money, they are making fool to other people. Actually there actual work io make customers fool by sharing profiles from shaadi.com they don't have ethics or responsibility for which they are charging us. Nobody listen properly just refer our concern to senior but again not happen.

I am writing here to just warn other friends be careful while choosing this services.

Be aware. don’t even think of using any service, even free… We paid for Exclusive/ Executive service. RM did no work although assigned for 5 days of week. Worked max 5 contacts per week- this is not told while buying the plan. They are so dumb that if they are unable to connect few amongst the 5, they consider job done and limit of 5 met. They must hardly require 30 mins try and connect when we shortlist and ask them to connect. So rest of the time, no work done… on plan closure you would loose anything you had for that plan an₹ there is no carry over, even if you close and reopen the same plan. We lost 56 free contact visibility despite paying high for the plan.

Sales are cheat. They were not telling the same / discounted plans as in app.

They need to be taken into legally as they are cheating people out of their money with an unacceptable terms and condition( read it)…

I purchased one month plan at Jeevansathi but on 2nd month they auto renewed the plan and deducted the amount from my account without informing me. I have never opted for auto renewal even though they auto renewed the plan and deducted the amount. I called customer care to cancel my renewed membership with immediate effect and return the amount, but they denied.;(

They are cheaters and fraud. They just want to loot money.

People are fraud here. Even they don’t want commitment. Complete waste of membership. People are asking for money, sending naked photos and abusive etc. If you see them think that they are very good by looks, carrier and education but they are actual frauds. I met lots of frauds here. Please maintain security concerns for the people. One of the fraud happen with me. Ajay meena is HCL manager in noida with 25-30 lac package per annum Mbl number - ?992869xxxx?. Home town - Falna Rajasthan. He is preparing for IPS. I hope aisa IpS na hi ho toh better hai. He ask me for 50 k from me for paying someone who his doing a case on him and his family. I help him now behaving like a beggar in front of me and not returning money asking and asking for money. Posting of his photo is because he never fraud any other people.

I have taken Jeevansathi paid membership..it's totally waste of time and money..They have less profiles comparative order matrimonial sites...here most of the profiles are fake .. seems like no genuine profiles.. check one example grab shot attached

Hellowe have signed for a 60K programme, its almost 3 months with zero results, the sales persona Shubam Srivastava and the RM Shraddha both are not responding, please refund our money, else we will be taking appropriate action against you.

We have no escalation matrix to raise our concern.We feel cheated!

I created profile on jeevansathi and shaadi matrimony sites just because one day I found a loving & beautiful soul, but my experience on jeevansathi & shaadi matrimony sites was extremely bad.

Well, that’s 100% true that all matrimonial sites having fake profiles. In simple words, it’s all a business game to loot people in the name of membership. I truly believe that all matrimonial sites having large number of fake profiles in these days. Who knows that many of fake profiles are created by own websites, so that they can earn more money.

I share a small experience with you which was happened on these matrimonial sites i.e., jeevansathi & shaadi.com.

Unexpectedly you receive an invitation and somehow you like the invitation and plan to take a membership to initiate further, but when you took the membership & try to talk the person then you didn’t receive any responses and within a day or two the profile got disappear or deleted. Many of profiles are created but they never seen active on the 2nd day onwards.

None of matrimonial websites gives you free chat, it's totally a fake propaganda.

Overall, please don’t waste your time & money on any matrimonial sites because you’ll never get the right partner from these sites. Your precious time is very important and has been gone day by day, but you’ll never get any results.

Jeevansathi is a total waste of time and money. Most profiles listed are either fraud or they don’t exist. Recently while searching bride profiles, I found a number of profiles from Malaysia and UK. Most of these profiles are fake. They have been created to lure you into investing money in online businesses. Most of the profiles share the same detail: girl living abroad with her uncle and aunt and she has her own business. I want to pass this info to all you guys. Please be aware. Do not GIVE them any money.

I used jeevansathi app and could not find single good guy there. People are money oriented and sex oriented. If your profile is good then people with lower profile will approach and message you like hell. And people will try to convert your profile into marriage manipulatively. Worst app. Try to find out your partner somewhere else but not on matrimony including jevansathi.

Jeevansathi is the worst place

Hello, I am writing this because fraud had happened to me, This below profile picture is on jeevansathi and asking money by making a very good story, the person told me that he is from USA and asked money by saying that his card is not working and then he told me to send me money via cash western union, under name shashank tyagi. His number is +91 84334 8xxxx

He had had asked me 6000$ , I had found out that his family is also there his older brother is Dr Vineet Tyagi

+91 78959 9xxxx He seems to not care anything, he works in dehradhun,

It seems to be everyone is included as when I talked to him he didn’t respond to me very well.

Please be aware of this guys, the guy who he made his name was Rudra sareen. Worked in shares ventures, said big family, and everything is fake.

I am attaching pictures so that if anyone keep to see this post and pictures you will know its fake,

This person is using all fake USA numbers and if you check on true caller it will show likely a business that is because its a fake number and it was bought.

I recently started using it and I came across multiple fake looking ids and one of them is WAXV8633 this man wrote that he is an architect and parents are no more but when I asked about his profession he said he is in IT sector. Then I asked why did u wrote architect in ur profile he called me - tum mujhe sanki type ki lag rhi ho (insane person ) ??. And cancelled the request he sent me. So please beware of such people. Because there is no mechanism in jeevansathi to report such suspicious accounts and some innocent people can fall in there trap.
