I purchased one month plan at Jeevansathi but on 2nd month they auto renewed the plan and deducted the amount from my account without informing me. I have never opted for auto renewal even though they auto renewed the plan and deducted the amount. I called customer care to cancel my renewed membership with immediate effect and return the amount, but they denied.;(
They are cheaters and fraud. They just want to loot money.
