Besides the usual bad experiences that people have had on this website/app, in my case, even though I had only one profile on this website, I keep getting calls and messages from other matrimonial website representatives? How did they get my information?

Now, they have started accepting payments from members, and then all of a sudden won't allow them to access their accounts without forced verification of personal information, stating suspicious activity in my case, which means either you lose your membership or risk the possibility of your personal information getting misused if you provide verification.

If they were really genuine, they would not force members to provide personal information in the name of verification, and if they still want to do so, then it should be before accepting their money.

What is the guarantee that your personal information is safe considering the first scenario mentioned above?

I have written to them. Let me see what they respond with.

So, the result is that they have deleted my profile and won't refund my money due to a violation of their terms and conditions.

As there is a term of "No Man's Land", I can state that jeevansathi.com is clearly a "No Woman's Land". I have been using their website from last 5 years, and seriously, the number of students attending any lecture, would be way more than the profiles registered with jeevansathi. They have a dearth of profiles of prospective brides and hence they keep on repeating and suggesting the same profiles again and again and again, in the daily recommendations, guna match, members looking for me and all the other sections, on their website. They state that they only have verified profiles, but the truth is, they don't have ENOUGH profiles. Also, at least 40% profiles on their website are absolutely FAKE and BOGUS. There is no sense of making your profile on this website.

They delete your profile after taking payments.

They says you have different profile but when they do physical verification, payments, click pictures, calls

I spent more than 25 thousand but they give me false promises.

Before buying packages and hiring a personal adviser they promised me there are a lot of profiles waiting for me. After I paid they started making me fool.

Honest advice: Dont waste even a single rupee and stay away from jeevensathi.com. You will get nothing.

Kindly be aware that this exclusive Jeevansathi product aimed to help and assist parents and siblings to find a good match for their loved ones is significantly a failure.

Even if you get this at more than 70% discount, its not worth. The sales team will give you false promises which they can not keep. The only reason is the relationship managers who do not work efficiently at all.

They do not send many interests on our behalf and do not even talk to the selected candidates which is their exclusivity for this product and normally get away in between for several weeks and are not committed to their own promises. As such I found JS service team very much inefficient.

Also the customer care, especially their grievance manager, Mr. Anant Gupta do not even respond to mails and you look like a robbed person and suddenly your time period of 3 months expires and they again ask money for renewals.

In my case Ms Ashima Chabra and Ms Bhawna Singh were the people who prejudice my account. Complained it to Ms. Karishma and Mr. Anant Gupta with proofs of what's app but there is no response.

So, for me - they failed in their endeavors.

I have a bad experience with jeevansathi. There was a fake profile

Sandhu Walia xwru7199. he is totally fake person. He told me he is coming to India on 25th and when he reached Delhi airport, he asked for money that custom guys won't allow me to come outside. I bought something at Dubai airport and my company blocked my card. I don't have money now, I am carried my mom's khandani Kangan" I don't know anyone here who can help me with the situation. When I asked about his details. He deleted his profile from the jeveensathi.com

I raised a query with jeevansathi regarding the profile, they didn't even respond to your call and email. Please try to understand the seriousness of your customers which is clearly lacking from your support team.

Customer Service takes a very long time to help with issues. It took over 25 days for them to respond to an inquiry, with a flippant response, when reminded for the 4th time.

They seem to be keener on selling the service than to help someone with the service

I suscribed for free to this site hoping for the best and ended up having to write to them constantly(without any answers whatsoever) about few problems. Thanks God, I never managed to pay the subscription(seems Paypal is not good enough for them as it doesn't work - they probably prefer card details to withdraw more money) and I hope people will see through them. Just a bit worried about my personal details as I can't log in(won't let me despite my details being 100% verified) but it's ok, i've already passed their details onto the authorities(just in case).

The customer care in Jeevansathi.com will not ehar both sides of story, . They will not hear why you got angry on a profile and gave a piece of mind to that profile . They will block you and not the profile who is actually forcing you for money or house number. Do not pay money to jeevansathi.com

Jeevansathi is the worst service provider with unprofessional employees and even thr management is not ready to understand your concern. I would request you not to give a single penny to Jeevansathi as eventually it will be getting wasted.

You will be ending un writing mails with no replies and no one ready to understand your pain.

You never know what jeevansathi team can do with your profile. I paid Rs. 7257/- for an unlimited e-advantage profile, however, the profile automatically got converted to a unpaid profile within two weeks. Jeevansathi is still to resolve the issue. I wish to take them to regulators.

Don't use this app ever there are fake fraud profiles they ask for money once you start talking to them this app should be banned worst experience & when I complaint to jeevansathi they just deleted my profile

Once you will pay money for relationship manager services.they will not take care before the your payment they will call you daily basis. his relationship manager will not response even you will follow up.

I uploaded my profile in this and I chatted with a girl.

She accepted to marry me on satisfying her few demands.

But after 1 month of discussion she suddenly scolded me nicely and saying that she is not interested.

Why couldn't she say it before.?

Joined as a guest member and browsed thousands of profiles and I paid for a three month susbcription there were only a few profiles available. I completey removed all the restrictions tht were activaed by default and still there was no change.

I have asked on several occasion for a refund, they refused repeatidly stating it was a issue with my profile and also stated they offer no refunds refunds what so ever. There terms state refunds are available at their descretion.

This site is a complete scam, do not join this poitnless service.

Jeevansathi is showing last login to strangers. On asking them to turn off that feature, they abused and threatened me. Now i received a mail about my paid profile deletion.

I am going to take this up legally, request to all customers to beware of illegal practices by jeevansathi

Jeevansathi having lakhs fake profile, if you contact profile people they don't pickup call .

I found one best matrimonial service "marriageonearth.com", it is really genuine and have very strong verification process so you will not find fake profile.

Also we need not to waste our time in keep searching instead they will search best match for you . Really helpful, in this busy world it is like we got parents for searching soulmate.

Date: 19-05-2020 Guys am not good at English but I want shared my experience with you. I got couple of request acceptance from member then after purchase plan. I tried to reach all of them, but no body responding to my call. After 8 days I could able to talk a member, she spoke with me nicely. The very next day I attached my adhhar card copy with her What's Up number and asked her to do the same. So we can identified each other for genuine purpose. Suddenly she blocked my number and text me "Pagal ho gae ho kya". My simple request to all member through mouthshut.com that if you are not ready for marriage why the hell you accepting member request. 60% profile in Jeevansathi member are fake. I keep on note of the member id which are match with my requirement after 3 days some of it started deleted because those are fake member ID. Few of acceptance request also got deleted. My request to you all do not ruined your life. How our physical appearance, it is beautiful. Always listen to your heart.

Do not create account on this website. Legal case has been filed against them for selling users pictures & personal information to people who create fake IDs. See the screenshots below- two profiles different IDs, same bio, same pictures. They are now sending threatening mails to stop me from exposing them. #banjeevansathi
