In addition to that if you raise your concern for any profile they don't listen to neither they take any action against that profile. The application is only concerned about its profit and not welfare of its people. On making complaints all matrimonial applications like Shaadi and Bharat Matrimony listen to you and take some action against any profile but Jeevansathi will make the person complaining feel bad with their rude replies.

This is a fraudulent company, they lure you in with promises, charge account and promotion fees and in the same day delete your account.

Haven't refunded the 100$ either.

On Oct 6th I paid$200 USD for a relationship manager. My profile is XWZW3927. I live in Canada and work from 8 am to 5 pm EST. The next day someone called my on Whatsapp during my work and I kindly advised that I work from 8 am - 5 pm EST and they said they only service IST time and will find someone else. That other person again called me around 9 am and I explained again that I am in work and not allowed to answer phone calls. They said they cannot help me. I asked for refund and the person stopped talking to me. I tried contacting them numerous times and ask for refund and they did not give me my refund back. 7 - they lied that they replied to me and did not call me. I have tried asking my refund back since then every single day. I also deleted my profile and they are still not refunding my money. I work really hard for my money and having been lied to from a website that is supposed to help someone find relationships is disappointing. This company is disgusting and so are the people that work there. Please refund my$200 USD PLEASE!

I heard that many of user of Jeebansathi.com has suffered for fraud committed in this web site. Many have lost money & reputation , data etc. Being an advocate , I request all the victim , pleay take legal action against the culprit who committed such serious offence .

This happened with one of my close friend recently on Jeevansathi. She recently met with a guy on this matrimonial platform who was totally Fraud.

He showed himself from a very well settled upper class Punjabi family settled in South Delhi. Running successfully his own business of home furnishing in Udyog Vihar. He portrayed himself as a very responsible, family oriented person. Very fluent in speaking Punjabi.

He impressed my friend & her family with all his sweet talks. Making them feel that he was the perfect match for my friend & they can`t find a better match than him.

He showed interest in taking the proposal ahead for marriage & soon asked to meet for final family meeting. He then involved his father in the conversation to finalize the family meeting date. In between he also took 10k from my friend saying that his bag has been stolen from his car which had all the Cred824it cards. He has informed bank & blocked all the cards & can`t use them for sometime. And he has some urgency & told her that he will return her on the day of family meeting. He then soon invited her with her family to his place for a family meeting.

On the day of family meeting when my friend visited his place with her family, there was No such address found. He gave wrong address. When she tried calling him, his phone was switched off. Also his father`s phone was switched off. All his office details & other information that he shared was all wrong.

Also all his photos were fake. Moreover he himself was playing double character of both Father & Son.

These kind of Fraudsters just take advantage of innocent people by playing with their emotions, time & money.

People just be careful incase you come across such person. Sharing the details which he shared-

I have the very worst experience there. This website is full of fake profiles and created by their own employees. If you are looking for a bride, beware of the fake profiles. 90% to 95% of profiles are fake. Only 5% of profiles are genuine or caught in their trap. Don't fall into their trap. Never subscribe to their plan.

They sell your personal information to third parties. When I created my profile there, many emails start coming to my inbox from many calls from unknown numbers.

They are totally fraud and cheaters. Once they received your money they never respond.

This site is not for marriage but yes for fake chatting,

I had a very bad experience with Raghav Mehta. His profile ID ZURA1359 on Jeevansaathi.com. He is a fraud. Don't trust this guy.He wanted to start a Business in the US, since he is on Visa, he couldn't do it. And I'm a Citizen. He wanted to get married to me only for that purpose. He kept asking me to make an account and Invest in business(we were not even married yet). He was faking that he likes me and all, just so that I would do that for him. Once he realized I was not investing my money, he called off the marriage, speaking really rudely and being extremely insensitive. He commented on the way I look, the way I dress, way I react, way I express and what a girl should be like, etc.

He would give me gifts, (I thought it was out of love), but then he started demanding, that I didn't give him any materialistic gifts.

For him Money speaks, if you are getting into a relationship with him, be careful, he is only seeing his benefit and how he can profit. He is not there for marriage. He realized, he wasn't getting any money from me, he called it off! DON'T TAKE GIFTS OR MONEY FROM HIM, YOU WILL REGRET, BECAUSE HE WILL EXPECT YOU TO GIVE AS WELL

When I wrote to Jeevansathi, they were not helpful in any way.

Jeevansathi, proved themselves as fraud, no server ice, even paid service also then delated without any prior notice, their numbers are not working. If you mailed them none responded. and on top of that even they blockked my mail.

They definitely deserve to boot out, stop playing woth cusotmer in the name of service. Be to be on JS.carefull

Worst experience Sujite Jadhav . He said about himself living in Netherland and will be back to India for marriage. He was continue in contact and we were having daily calls and messages. Then same like other girls he send a gift demanded money and duped me.

About his family he said father is expired sis married and settled in UK and mom is maharashtrian and staying with sis.

His father went to Netherlands for work that's the reason he only knows English and cannot speak marathi or hindi. This info is totally fake do not trust on any of his info pics .

All fake pics he send about his house family and himself .

He and his whole gang actually reside in northeast Guawahati / Imphal Manipur .

His bank holder is a lady with their pics I could find out.

Requesting jeevansathi team atleast verify each and every profile. Sujite profile is now deleted and may be again opened by another name or by same but little bit changes must be done in name.

To all the girls and their family members do not trust on any profile.....Please verify and then go ahead

Jeevansathi team this is really disappointing tht Profiles are created people are getting duped and you guys are not at all doing anything for your customer.....

I met Pooja Gupta through bumble in 2019 and she also holds a profile on Jeevansathi; we dated for 2 months , she took me to Vasant Kunj mall and made me buy some expensive ladies hand bag and gym wear.

I didn’t mind as we were dating and we had relationship like a couple.

She did such expensive shopping multiple times in 2 month, she stays at GK 1 and drives Creta, her parents are from Chandigarh though

i don’t know much about Promila Gupta though

One good evening, she asked me a quick loan of 2 Lacs , stating her parents are in bad need of money.

I denied her, and I said at max I can give Rs.50, 000 as that’s the limit of my ATM card

i withdrawal this money from Nehru Place Canara Bank ATM at 10 pm

she kissed me in car and left and assured me that I will get my money next month

Next day, she said she need to rush to Chandigarh as her mom is not keeping well and reduced the conversation gradually, finally I realised that it’s not working mutually and I asked to return all items that purchased for her ( equivalent to 85, 000 ) and Rs.50, 000 cash that I handed over to her.

she said she will pay back all in next 2–3 days once reaches Delhi

The very next day, she blocked me from Instagram and WhatsApp and I didn’t any option to connect with her.

I found her on LinkedIn , she was working with Deloitte and texted her that I need the money , eventually I was blocked from every where

i don’t know her exact house, place or residential address at Chandigarh

I lost a fortune

I had a sad experience with Jeevansathi.com. It is said that customer is the king. It is not right in my case for Jeevansathi.com. The app is created to attract people and the reality is this that its after sales service is useless. Customer care executive in my case was not at all helpful and gave me useless suggestions. He informed that no manager is available on weekends. After repeated calls, manager came on call to talk with me and didn't try to understand my problem, informing me about rules and regulations policy. Not worth buying services. It is better to go for direct newspaper add and utilize money or bharatmatrimony site which is much better in terms of honesty.
