Mere 599 maar k baithe hai they are fraud @comparedth kaha mar gaye sab.
Comparedth is fraud cheat worst company.
I have booked Airtel DTH through comparedth while booking they have said offers and after their is no response I have tried calling to the customer care several times their is no proper response simply dissconnecting the call. So please be aware don't book in compared.

It's been very pathetic and horrible experience with compare dth.
I have ordered for new tata sky through this compare dth and it's been 2 days buts still they haven't activated my account.
And upon connecting customer service several times not getting nany resolution and call is being disconnected everytime without even asking our problems. I suggest to get dth install directly through your local dealer rather then depending on these idiots.
This is a bogus company. The operator kept insisting for a second mobile number and when I asked if she is calling from Airtel, she said yes. Such companies should not be listed in Google. It is so misleading.
ONE CONNECTION WAS TAKEN, NO CONNECTION OFFER WERE PROVIDED, NOT RESPONDING OVER TELEPHONE, NO COMPLAINT NO. RESPONDING, NO PROPER REPLY.
IT IS A SENSE LESS COMPANY NOT DEAL WITH ANY CASE.

I booked tatasky with paid of 899 rupees on comparedth.com
When ask for connection of tatasky they refuse for connection & paid back to me within 7 days on 12 may 2019 but when I call to customer service they not picking up call & if I try different no other than registered, I get you will get money within 48 hours I make several call but no one answer
Best service in 12 hours , I get connection installed at my home. Best .thanks comparedth. Airtel dth I booked 13th July 9 pm and installed on, 14 July 2 pm
Fraud fraud fraud.they fraud with customers and no response even customer care service people don't receive call. I booked DTH dish and they had taken rs 1600 in advance and committed to installed dish in 4 hrs. Still after 2 days no response received from their side even they disconnect call if they get to know that we are calling them for installation.they also give you customer ID no and quick mail response while you are going to book new order but after getting advance money, customer will know that they have been cheated by comparedth
Airtel is the worst dth. They (airtel dth) connect very fast in 1st time but after that service from airtel is horrible. Connectivity issues are often, service engineer not available at all.Normally, nobody check balance, they deduct more some time. Checked & found Rs.140 more deduction unwantedly. No any airtel executive can explain . They give numbers which does not exist or will ring, nobody will pick call. Even avoid when told to return the amount. Suggest if port possible from airtel dth.

Fraud Company. I had paid on line Rs 499/- on 28.6.2019 and received payment ID 134148863 Reference No CDT1561700104. Reced msg “ Airtel HD box will deliver between 4 to 24 hrs. No yet reced after 72 hrs.
I had tried but their telephone is always getting engaged. I had called them by other mobile no. They had replied that your product will delivered shortly, don’t worry.
Finally I have lost Rs 499/-

Worst customer service they will disconnect your call even if they recognise your voice. Before that they will call you 10 times to make sure that you make the payment and buy the product from them. Always purchase DTH connection directly from the DTH provider. Just use comparedth.com to compare multiple DTH services and then book the connection from respective DTH provider instead of this website. This website will cheat you by saying that you will receive call from DTH provider but they will call you themselves to make payment from their own website. Do not pay a single Paisa if comparedth.com is involved. I made a purchase for Airtel HD STB on 20th Jun and was told I will get connection within 4 hours while Airtel or other DTH provider will take 3 days. It is already 3 days but have not received the call for connection. My Aquaguard, internet, newspaper, ac setup, everything was done within this time, but no feedback or interest from comparedth.com for installing DTH at my new place. I have called them about hundred times since this morning to know the status of setup, they just ask me to call the customer care line and disconnect the call immediately even without listening that the customer care line is not answering calls even after holding for 30 min. Now as soon as they recognise my voice they are disconnecting the call. I am now requesting them to refund the 450 rupees I paid so that I can get my local provider to install Airtel DTH for me. I feel like the amount I paid is gone and I have been defrauded :(
CompareDTH will have to train their sales associates really well. I was given wrong information just to sell a product. I was told that I will get 50+ HD channels for approximately rs450. I have already told her my requirement. Movies HD and Sports HD channels. I am not getting any sd/hd sports or movies channels. I can only see, you are not subscribed to this channel.
Post that I was told that you have never requested to any of these channels.
I had the option to disconnect and get a complete refund. So I opt for it.
Bad experience. After buying DishTV new connection from them, I tried calling on their support no specified on page https://comparedth.com/. No body responded on that number. I have already paid the amount of 1699 Rs on 13 Mar 2019. I reached them to ask on the DishTV installation appointment.
Please never buy anything from them, neither contact "ANY" of the web sites to buy "ANY" D2H new connection. Even if they give attrective offers. Their sales dept is good, but post sales, they are worst.
Very poor service never buy. they are cheaters.i have purchased tata sky they dint install in 3 days and customer helpline very poor they always disconect my phone. cheaters dont ever buy from this site. u will pay the money and now run behind them

Worthless ... Dont go with compare dth. They are completely fake. Wrong package given. Their complaint service is not available, only selling teams are active. Very third class experience. They wants only money. Once you paid they dong know the customer.
