When customer ensured abt getting new dth connection they people calling and ask for fast online payment and the commit installation done within 4 hours,
but installation not done within 4 days also. when apply for cancellation they people are commit refund wihin 15 days but 2 and half month til not got refund.

Hello everyone. I am here to write review about the site called comparedth.com so that you should not suffer as I suffered.While taking the order they will be very polite to you and they will say that installation will be done with few hours or by evening.but reality is that they are shameless people and they don't listen to anything so again I am saying don't ever buy a dth from here.It's been 3days Still the installation is pending.
Please please never ever buy from this site. they are the very worst people with this fraud site. I paid 1500 for videocon DTH. after calling everyday also they are not returning my money. now they are disconnecting the call also whenever I am asking for refund. They are really frauds and it will create only mental pressure for yourself and they will not bother to respond at all.
They are pathetic. and very big frauds. While taking connection they will be behind you like hell and once its done. they will not listen to you at all. All the abusive words are also not enough for this site. Please let me know if anyone knows how to lodge complaint against them.
Hello All, Please never ever buy any products from compare dth. there is no negative stars else I was suppose to give them negative stars. this is a cheat company and they fraud the peoples. they behave really sweet while taking the connection but after taking it they behave like animals. I had purchased a Airtel dth connection for 1 year but after running 1 month it gets deactivated when I spoke with the Airtel they said Compare dth has anly recharge your account for 1 month and when I called compare dth. They always say sir hum kar denge, aj ho jaega, kal ho jaega, wait kar lijiye. I dont know what the hell they are doing there.
I have been tired calling comparedth help line. can anyone help me to file the complain against him?

I have purchased the Airtel dth from Comparedth their executive Miss Puja talked to me and she verbally gave the all plan to me but I insisted on sending the offers on mail on which they finally sent the mail after a day.
On receiving the mail it was clear that the Reebok shoes they are offering will be delivered within a months time after payment of INR 200 for shipping. Which she false committed to deliver along with the product. Also the 8GB pendrive was delivered along with the product or not sent by any other means.
On payment of the shipping charges I received a mail from them same will be delivered and you will get the dispatch details soon.
For almost more than a month there was no communication from them after a follow up and several mails finally they replied that the courier service is not available to my destination and to provide a alternate address.
Same was provided to them and they confirmed to dispatch the shoes within a weeks time.
But now it is more than 15 days there is no communication from their end, they are even not responding to the mails and reminders phones as usual are not picked up.
So I strongly recommend not to believe any offer from Compare DTH regardless how lucrative it may be you will end up with nothing in hand after making a payment.
I also neglected the negative feedbacks about site considering that this will not happen with me and people keep on complaining even for the small things. But believe me I was wrong and now I am paying the price for the same.
This is regarding online DTH fraud by CompareDTH. Never go to that site and take a connection. They will completely deny your transaction even though you will have solid proof that they have taken your money.
I suggest you go the respective sites and take your connection or best is contact the local agencies in person and get your connection. Otherwise you will be in deep soup.

I had the worst online experience till date with CompareDTH sales team.
On 11th of June, when I was making an enquiry with the team, the sales executive(Vaishali) was after my life, calling every 30 min to pursue me to buy the connection and make the online payment of Rs 1599(Req#1001300991) and thereafter started my plight. I was told that even though the TAT is 4-24 hrs, but the connection would be fitted by 8 PM of 11th June or latest by 12 PM of 12th June. But when nothing happened after the promised timeline, I kept on calling them and they kept on initially giving me extended timelines.
Then later I was told that there is a shortage of hardware at the desginated(Rashmeet Assocaites) and hence would be done by 13th June. Since me and my wife both are working, I asked them to refund my money since they have not been able ot keep their promise and they started behaving rude and with careless attitude. I had a word with Sonia and she kept on laughing on the phone and saying that "why cant you wait till tomorrow else you should hung up the call". I again dialled and this time I asked if I can talk to Vaishali(the executive who took my request) or to some other floor incharge, so that my compliant can be heard seriously but my call was transferred to Mr Rakesh who started raising his voice and told me that for refund, there would be a deduction of Rs 500/- which is nowhere mentioned in the Refund Policy on the website.
By this time I had lost all my patience and then when we had an argument, he warned me that he can come to my place and can cause harm to me. Are there some sorts of goons employed in the call centers? I am shocked and frustrated with the treatment received. I want my money back and will not recommend comparedth to anybody. Not sure how come they serve other customers. Its a total waste of money, time and energy dealing with such people

Please don't buy any product of comparedth. I have made online payment for buying dth connection based on suggestion made by call centre sales executive on 9th June 2016 on the promise of same day installation. But still after 4 days no reply received.
Help line does reply correctly. I have called 50 times on their contact number, but no proper replied received. no body is replying for email complain lodged.
Till the time payment is done online everything looked promising for me. After that no commitment and ownership. customer service disconnects the phone, the moment they understand its a complaint call. even though there are many products in the website, they promote only dish tv.
Free offers described in the website is only for display in the website, not for customers. the entire episode from paying money online till frequent calls to customer service was disappointing.still dish is not installed.

What is the fun that you would gain to put the customers into pain, wait for them to report the dissatisfaction on the public forum and then you address it after multiple reminders . I believe you would simply enjoy the money if no one raise their voice.
I did bought Airtel DTH from ComapreDTH, while the installation was done in a day(against 4 hours committed time), I don't have any complaints on that.

I book Tata Sky connection through comparedth.com on 23rd March 2016, as per email his excutive Gyan promise me Sports Channels with all kids channel, but today after installation, kids channel not available. Tata Sky say call to Compare DTH, after lot of call to you no excutive give me any solution, all support number fail, no body pick the phone, its totally 420 company,

It's a fraud website as I order Dishtv from this site by paying online payment but because of some reason I cancelled the order but these people not even ask me weather DTH connection is install or not & when I ask for refund these people giving unacceptable answer that need to take approval, will directly credit your money in ur account blaa blaaa blaaaa.
Almost a two months are over but neither I received the call nor the money which I paid to them, so today I called there customer support, guess what they replied.approval is still pending.

Hi. I bought a dish TV connection and they took more than 4 days to provide the connection. Hence I canceled the connection. Its been one month and ever since I've not received my money back to me. This is a fraud website. Kindly do not be one scape goats.
NO NO NO NO NO . please don’t get trapped with Comparedth.com, Its a fake website run by cheaters, please don’t get trapped. Just ask them for a cash payment instead of online payment and they will turn down saying they don’t accept cash payment.
Try to click on complaint on their website and it does not work at all. They don’t accept complaints Alos offer they showing is kind of fraud they have, I never received shoes I paid.
I have paid Rs. 1400 online against above product to comparedth(snap attached) on 26 Jan with a commitment that product will be installed within a day or next day maximum. After the payment, I was waiting for both the day but nobody called me. After taking long follow-up someone replied to install after 4-5 days but unfortunately I was not available at home so I gave him another time and he disappeared. Again took follow-ups for a week but due to very bad response in giving the service I had decided to cancel the order and ask for refund.
It's been almost a month, every second day I am calling to these people but their phone is either busy or not responding. If they respond, just say, give me 10 min, I'll process your refund. It happened many times but they never called me back. It's completely fraud case and I am very much irritated with them.
I'd like to request you, with strong trust on "Consumer Complaints", please help me getting my compensation back from these people.
