CompareDTH will have to train their sales associates really well. I was given wrong information just to sell a product. I was told that I will get 50+ HD channels for approximately rs450. I have already told her my requirement. Movies HD and Sports HD channels. I am not getting any sd/hd sports or movies channels. I can only see, you are not subscribed to this channel.
Post that I was told that you have never requested to any of these channels.
I had the option to disconnect and get a complete refund. So I opt for it.
