I went to their office on 26th Feb'18. Their hospitality was very good and providing such affordable flats to customers. I booked two 2BHK flat containing flat size

545sq.ft. They invited for the lottery program in Park hotel, kolkata. It was a nice experience. I would suggest to visit their office and project site.
